Economic Impact!
Henry Ford’s impact on the manufacturing sector of the economy was and continues to be enormous. Ford is often credited with inventing the moving assembly line, a system for carrying an item that is being manufactured past a series of stationary workers who each assemble a particular portion of the finished product. Henry Ford made an incredible impact on the growth of the economy as well, in terms of a lot of money coming in from the business. by developing a car for the masses, Ford played a large role in the creation of an American automobile culture. This new culture radically changed the U.S. economy, including the housing, transportation, and tourism industries. He introduced the division of working tasks and specialisation of the workforce so they become specialised in one part of the production and this increased productivity. So, instead of producing one car in 12 hours, they can produce one in 13 minutes. He also made cars affordable to all classes from the wealthiest to the poorest!
"Henry Ford's first Model-T was built to run on hemp gasoline and the car itself was constructed from hemp.On his large estate, Ford was photographed among his hemp fields. The car, 'grown from the soil,' had hemp plastic panels whose impact strength was 10x stronger than steel." Ford soon changed this due to lack of success, it also helped the environment.
